Keep Track of Results
Simlog's Personal Simulators are designed to automatically save simulation results. Here we describe three different ways to keep track of those simulation results, to get ready to interpret them afterwards.
Use a Printer
At some Simlog customer sites, there is a printer connected to the Personal Simulator's PC. Then after each simulator-based "session", the simulator user simply prints out the simulation results, adds a name and signature (by hand), and leaves the paper for the trainer. In this way, the trainer can review the simulation results at a time that's most convenient, even off-site.
Use a Schedule
At other Simlog customer sites, a schedule is posted beside the Personal Simulator. Since the simulation results (in the default "Single-User" mode) are saved as files with filenames indicating the date and time, it becomes easy for the trainer to identify the simulator user by simply refering to the posted schedule when reviewing the simulation results (at the Personal Simulator's PC).
Use Simlog's Simulation Manager
Still other Simlog customers are using the "Multi-User" mode associated with Simlog's Simulation Manager. In this way, a distinct login name and password is assigned to each simulator user so that the Simlog software can "know" who is doing the simulator-based work. The simulation results are then saved in a special Simlog database, indexed by simulator user.
