Interpreting Simulation Results

Simlog's Personal Simulators are designed to automatically save simulation results. Everything is spelled out for you including date, time, Simulation Module, number of exercises completed (we call them "trials"), and even the average, minimum, and maximum values for each Performance Indicator.

And to best interpret those results, Simlog recommends looking to domain experts who work with (real) heavy equipment every day.

Help from your own trainers
If you a training service provider, just look to your own training staff (and your students) to develop school-specific benchmarks.

Help from your own operators
If you are an equipment owner/operator, then look to your own experienced operators to establish company-specific benchmarks.

Help from an independent training service provider
Otherwise, Simlog can recommend the services of an independent training service provider. Such people are heavy equipment experts working in your industry who are also Simlog customers. As a result, they are uniquely qualified to help you interpret your simulation results.

Help from Simlog
Finally, in some cases, Simlog can simply pass along benchmarking guidelines based on data that some Simlog customers have shared with us. Of course, such guidelines are provided "as is" and you would need to adapt them to suit your own operator training needs.
