Denver, Colorado, September 20, 2002 -- The new "CCO" version of Simlog's Mobile Crane Personal Simulator was proudly unveiled to the North American crane industry today at the Crane and Rigging Workshop organised by the Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association.
The National (U.S.A.) Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCO) operator certification program was designed to assure both industry and the general public that crane operators are skilled and knowledgeable, and that is why it is increasingly recognized as essential in a wide range of crane-using industries. And now Simlog can help your operators get ready for the CCO Practical Exam in a safe and cost-effective way!
Like the CCO Practical Exam tasks, Simlog's simulation modules increase in difficulty to test generic skills associated with moving loads in the presence of obstacles, while respecting upper and lower height bounds and load chart limits. And now Simlog has added two trajectory following modules, simulating concrete pouring into wooden forms of various "zigzag" shapes:
